9/6/10...Hey Mom,


So I decided I would email you this week instead of writing. That sucks Emma got into a little accident. That's never any fun. Has anything been resolved with that?


I'm not sure how Leslie and Katie's dad died. I think it was a heart attack. Yes, Katie is Leslie's little sister. I think Emma actually talks to them on Facebook.


We haven't had a chance to talk to Chad since we met him. We've called, but he doesn't answer the phone. We haven't had a chance to stop by his house.


I still haven't gotten the whole bike situation figured out yet. I think I might be able to get a good one for pretty cheap. Actually I'm almost positive I will. Some past missionaries left their bikes here when they left, and we've been able to fix one of them up enough that I should be able to use it. There was just one part we couldn't fix, so it's at the bike shop right now. We're hoping they can get it fixed for cheap.


Things here are okay. Last week wasn't so grand. I was sick on Saturday, and on Friday we spent quite a bit of time trying to call a bunch of less active people, but only like two out of the thirty we called answered. It was disappointing. Oh well. I guess we'll just have to try to figure out another way to get in contact with them.


Thank you for sending the stuff! It was great to get the package. Haha, I got it Saturday and it definitely helped brighten up the day. Elder Day and I made one package of the muffins that night. He was happy and so was I.
